Isolation Valves & Expansion Joints for COG Transmission System

Our partners at Enemona AD were contracted by RWE Power AG for the full-scope design, construction, and engineering of an extension to the coke oven gas (COG) transmission system at the Huckingen power plant in Duisburg, Germany. PS Technik supplied the isolation valves and expansion joints for the project.

  3. Lenticular steel expansion joints, DN 600 to DN 900, PN 10

Triple-offset butterfly valves provide bubble-tight isolation through a metal-to-metal seat with zero friction on the sealing face. The triple-eccentric disc geometry eliminates contact between disc and seat during rotation, making them suitable for high-temperature, high-cycle duties. Standard applications include power generation, district heating, petrochemical, steelworks, and pulp & paper.
