Supply, installation, and commissioning of centrifugal blowers and ventilation chambers for the flotation department at Assarel’s concentrator plant.

Our scope covered delivery of the complete blower packages, supervision during mechanical installation and commissioning, and operator training in line with the manufacturer’s requirements.

Multi-stage centrifugal blower, 22,000 m³/h — with control panel, inlet filter-silencer, acoustic enclosure, and outlet silencer — ×3
Ventilation chamber, 40,000 m³/h — ×1
Ventilation chamber, 32,000 m³/h — ×1

These machines operate on a dynamic compression principle — a rotating impeller accelerates gas outward under centrifugal force. Because there is no internal contact between the rotor and the casing — the shaft runs on just two bearing points — expected service life can reach up to 40 years.
