Product Details

Resilient-seated knife-gate valves for wastewater shut-off and control — two designs for different installation requirements. The ZETA® is a fully flanged valve with adjustable sealing, available from DN 50 to DN 1400, for use as intermediate or end-of-line valve at full operating pressure. The MONO is a compact monoblock design with completely chambered knife and hand lever operation, ideal for space-constrained installations. Both feature free flow passage to prevent sedimentation and integrated scraper systems for reliable operation in demanding wastewater environments.

  • Resilient-seated with sealing in both flow directions
  • Free flow passage prevents sedimentation — smooth, unimpeded body passage

  • Enlarged bottom seal and metallic limit stop ensure reliable tightness

  • Free bottom passage for combined shut-off and flow regulation

VAG MONO — Compact Monoblock Knife-Gate Valve

  • Compact one-piece monoblock housing — completely chambered knife
  • New sealing principle — no horizontal sealing required
  • Single maintenance-free shaft seal with additional scrapers for extended service life
  • Drain plug connection (G ¼”) as standard prevents clogging
  • Low torque operation — no extra gearbox required
  • Hand lever operation with clamping lever to fix knife in final position
